Choir, Term 4

Hello everyone,

Welcome back to my blog. Today I'll be talking about choir Yesterday night. We had Kids for Kids at Hornccastle Area. There was a lot of loud, crazy children everywhere. We singed about six or seven song. Probably my favorite song was light surrounding me that was my favorite because the audience put there flashlight on and everyone did and it looked so nice to see, we got distracted by the audience with there flashlight. The place we were sitting was so hot and plus we were dancing and standing up and turning around and there was colorful lights everywhere. We finished at around 9:30 but we had to wait until all of the people in our  choir group because me and my brother John, Luke and Sam went on Miss D car, I am not going to talk about what happened in the car but ya.

Hotspot writing

Hello Everyone,

Today and yesterday we have been learning how to be fluent  writers and know what writing fluent feels like.

Here is my writing and there might be mistakes in my writing but keep in mind we only had 5 minutes so we had to put 

anything thing that comes in our mind. We started with a prompt sentence which is highlighted.

He hadn't seen the old man since he was 5 years old and he was sad and happy at the same time because he was now 7. The old man had a disease called cancer. 

After that day the little boy would visit him after or before school. He loved him with all his heart. After a month he was very, very sick and the little boy was so sad so he didn't go to school. He spent all his time with the old man who was his grandpa. He spent every day with him. Mostly he went there just to check in on him and one day he was too late! His grandpa had died in his bed. The little boy was so sad that he would go to his Grandpa's house even though he was not alive. He would always pray to God and say that he is in a good place. He was loved by his Grandpa even though he had only spent one month with him. He turned 10 and he was sad that his grandpa was not there for his 10th birthday but he was happy that his grandpa was in a good place called Heaven.
